Hi I am Katie, founder of natural Light Wellness. I am a mother of 3 independent, beautiful women and the proud grandmother of 4 very special children . My journey began in holistic healing therapies back in 2005 when I became attuned to Reiki.

I was so affected by the emotional impact and the positive effects that energy work had with my clients that that I dedicated the next few years to deep development and training in a range of holistic treatments.

I have studied both Reiki and Kundalini energies both these energies have inspired a range of very special signature massage treatments designed for total stress reduction and inner peace.

I have also studied African energy massage with Carol Mathebula.
Vunkuwa focuses on individual needs and health and balanced body. It is the eye through which ancient healing technique is applied in a modern contemporary way. I also offer serval signature treatments including Yin Yang reflexology and Karma head massage with warm oil pouring that focuses on your third eye. I am a qualified oncology therapist and really love working with my cancer clients .

Here at natural light we offer something a little different, I have brought together a team of highly experienced therapists who I have are hand-picked to provide you with a transcendent experience. As well as Reflexology, I am also a qualified massage therapist.

I had attended a taster session day in Reflexology and was amazed at how I could feel tingling sensations in parts of my body whilst the Reflexologist was treating my feet.

I felt fantastic afterwards and from that day one Reflexology has been a big part of my life and continues to wow me at how amazing a treatment it actually is who.

Hi I am Lou I am a sports massage and physiotherapist with a special interest in injury management, rehabilitation, running analysis, and injury prevention. I am a mum with 2 beautiful daughters .
With 16years of private practice experience and extensive involvement within elite sport I work with natural light as part of our very special holistic team to provide expert treatment and management for all general musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.

Hello everyone I’m Bev, I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner, trained in both The Usui Natural Healing System (Western Lineage), and The Usui Spiritual Energy System (Japanese Lineage), having taken my training with The Usui Reiki Academy Surrey.

I then went on to qualify in Swedish Massage to provide total relaxation and drain the lymphatic system, clearing the body of toxins. I have seen many times, and also experienced myself the truly wonderful life changing benefits holistic healing provides the mind, body and soul, bringing all into line and restoring the flow of energy.

I am an energy worker, offering relaxing therapies and specialising in spiritual healing. Everything has it’s own energy and we connect with each other through our energetic fields – which incorporate focus points known as chakras.
