We will hand over our phones, step away from our screens, and spend a full day anchoring back into nature, rhythm, and self-reflection. The Journey Schedule

• 09:30 – Arrival & Intention Setting Welcome inside the breathtaking estate grounds. We begin our day together with a warm botanical tea and a grounding guided meditation session to drop into the space.

• 10:45 – Tree Bathing Immersion A slow, deeply restorative sensory walk through the estate’s historic woodlands. By tuning into the natural, unhurried rhythm of the trees, we gently guide the nervous system back into regulation.

• 11:45 – Private Journaling & Reflection Enjoy precious quiet time by the estate lake with custom prompts to map out what you are ready to let go of. You are warmly invited to bring your sketchbook if you love to sketch, write if you love to write, or simply sit and breathe in the absolute peace.

• 12:30 – The Harvest Together, we will gather to enjoy a deeply nourishing, seasonal 3-course wellness lunch served inside the main hotel.

• 14:00 – Shamanic Ritual Circle A sacred indoor journey driven by the steady, primal beat of the medicine drum. During this circle, you will be guided through a deep meditation, receive healing energy work, and travel inward to meet and commune with your Power Animal.

• 15:30 – Craft in Nature Workshop A mindful, tactile crafting session. Using gathered fallen leaves, bark, and willow branches, you will hand-build a personal “Intention Mobile” to take home as a physical anchor of your day.

• 17:00 – Twilight Fire Pit Drumming Circle As the day softens, we gather around the outdoor fire pit for a communal, high-vibrational closing drum circle, safely releasing our old energy into the flames.
