SPA MEDICAL CONSULTATION
Spa terms and conditions govern the use of all areas to ensure your safety and comfort. In fact, your health and wellbeing is our primary concern at Natural-light Wellness Spa. Therefore, please let us know in advance if you are pregnant, have allergies, or a heart disorder. Furthermore, you should disclose any diagnosed medical conditions or prescribed drugs.
Upon arrival, our team will complete a full consultation with you. However, if you identify any contra-indications, we may need to change your chosen treatment.
Pregnancy
Initially, please note that we do not offer body treatments for ladies who are 1-13 weeks pregnant.
Secondly, for those past 13 weeks, we provide a range of specialized luxury pregnancy treatments.
Additionally, please ask any member of the Spa Team if you need further guidance.
Consequently, we strongly advise pregnant ladies against using any heat or hydrotherapy facilities.
BOOKING A TREATMENT OR SPA DAY
Opening and closing times
We are open 7 days a week. Nevertheless, please check with our reception team for current opening hours as these may vary.

Treatment payment
To begin, we require full pre-payment at the time of booking for all individual treatments.
Moreover, you cannot transfer bookings within 72 hours of your treatment.
Ultimately, availability governs all treatment times.
Spa day payment
Principally, clients must provide full pre-payment at the time of booking for all day packages.
Also, we cannot transfer bookings within 7 days of your spa day.
In addition, our team will allocate spa day treatment times between 10am and 5pm.
Later, we will re-confirm these times to you on arrival.
Finally, all spa day and treatment times remain subject to availability.
Method of payment
Fees include VAT and the listed treatments.
Additionally, we charge for extra treatments at the applicable rates.
Furthermore, pre-booked additions carry the rate applicable on the date of booking.
Our spa accepts all major credit cards.
Regarding gift vouchers, you must redeem them at the time of payment. Unfortunately, our online system cannot currently process vouchers. Therefore, please call our Central Reservations Team to book with a voucher.
SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa treatment cancellation
We require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Otherwise, we apply a 100% charge. For this reason, we advise guests to consider insurance to cover their spa treatment. Consequently, no refund is available for non-arrival without the stipulated notice.
Booking cancellation
Please provide 7 days’ notice for a cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. Similarly, we suggest guests take out insurance to cover their spa day. As a result, we do not offer refunds for non-arrival without prior notice.
Residential spa break cancellation
We require 7 days’ notice for accommodation or spa cancellations. If you cancel late, we will apply a 100% charge. Furthermore, we recommend insurance to cover your spa break. Please note that some promotional offers are non-refundable.
SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS
The spa reserves the right to alter your treatment times on the day if necessary. Additionally, please note that your total treatment time includes the medical consultation and room set up. Furthermore, all re-arrangements depend entirely on alternative availability.
Natural-light Wellness Spa maintains a strict non-smoking policy. In accordance with UK law, this includes all areas within the spa. Specifically, this rule also includes vaping. However, guests who wish to smoke will find designated areas located outside the building.
Regarding electronic devices, please keep mobile phones on silent. Similarly, we request that you switch all tablets and pagers to silent during your visit. For your convenience, we are happy to relay any urgent messages via the Spa reception.
To ensure privacy, no one may take photographs in the changing areas. Moreover, you may need to remove jewelry for certain treatments. Consequently, we strongly advise leaving all valuables at home. Lastly, all offers remain subject to availability.
