With years of experience in holistic therapies, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to every treatment. As a Safe Hands accredited therapist and a member of the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA), I ensure that every session is delivered with the highest standards of care, helping you feel nurtured, restored, and deeply relaxed.

What makes Natural Light Wellness Spa so special is the family behind it. My daughter Louise is our Senior Sports Therapist, Rebecca leads Reception and Customer Services, and Sophie manages our Third-Party Accounts. The next generation—Chloe, Edie, and Isla—are already part of the journey as our dedicated Spa Assistants. Together, we’ve created a warm, welcoming sanctuary where every client feels like part of the family.
