Restorative gentle Yoga with Kat

This class combines Vinyasa Yoga (Flow) with more awareness (Mindful) directed at your breath and the transitions from pose to pose, as well as the postures themselves. By focusing on combining breath and movement together, we perform graceful yet powerful sequences of motion, creating connections between mind, body and breath.

Focused Flow is about achieving one’s awareness of the present moment, accepting and acknowledging one’s thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. This class includes breath work,
mantra and guided meditation

This bespoke Flow class is suitable for beginners interested in exploring yoga for the first time in a chilled out environment.
Mats, pillows and blankets provided.

The session can be tailored to your needs if you have injuries, alternative postures can be given.

Tuesday at 10:00 am and Sunday at 04:00 pm. Pre-booking a must.
