Overview
Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient abdominal energy healing massage, developed over 3,000 years ago by White Cloud Taoist monks in China. This specialised treatment focuses on balancing the energy of the internal organs and can be particularly effective in alleviating symptoms associated with conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).

The work combines Tantric and Taoist practices with western science while being deeply rooted in Buddhist philosophy. Sessions generally last between 1 and 2 hours. I suggest after the introduction session to book between 3 and 6 more sessions. After this time, your body will know when it needs further sessions.

Kundalini is our divine life-force energy, when it is active and our energy centres are open we are engaged and excited by life.

This is a Deep Tissue style Shamanic Holistic massage  (organizing stress and toxin flow and elimination), which often includes deep joint rotations. This healing process is intended to thoroughly clear your heart, mind, and body and reboot your LIFE-STREAM or 'running system'. 

​This is a powerful and excellent way to cleanse the emotional body. Deep circular breathing is applied throughout the treatment in a repeated pattern as this, allows fresh energy to flow through the blocks and breaks up stored anger and grief and releases its hold on you.

Using fingers, knuckles or elbows, neuromuscular therapists apply concentrated pressure on areas of pain until they reach a blockage, usually a spot that’s extra tender or numb. At this point, they’ll begin a stronger, more localized massage to relax the muscle. Relaxing muscles in this way releases lactic acid, increasing blood and oxygen flow, which, in turn, enhances the function of joints, muscles and movement.

As the name suggests, this involves two people having a massage in the same room, at the same time, by two therapists. Time gets away from us at the best times, so when both of you are in need of de-stressing and spending quality time together, this is the perfect way to kill two birds with one stone.

Of course, this doesn't need to be an exclusively romantic affair – best friends, sisters and mums also make great plus ones. The main draw is sharing the pampering experience with someone - and fear not, your modesty will be fully covered!.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Upon arrival, you'll both be greeted by two massage therapists and taken to a private room with side-by-side massage tables. Here at Natural light, our massage for couples is inspired by tantra it is deeply relaxing and uses specifically blended oils put together by our in house aromatherapist designed for your total relaxation. The massage uses slow, rhythmic movements and may last between 50 and 120 mins.

How does Cupping work?
