We charge the full fee for any appointment you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice.
If you email [email protected] more than 72 hours before your session, we will refund your payment or reschedule your appointment without penalty. We do not accept cancellations by phone; you must notify us via email.
Once you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you and pay our therapists for their time. Therefore, if you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you must pay the full treatment price.
Because appointment times are limited, we respectfully request as much notice as possible. We do not reschedule missed appointments or those cancelled without 72 hours’ notice.
We value your time and ours. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to change your plans.
You will receive a 100% refund for any cancellation you make at least 3 days before your scheduled date.
