Natural-Light Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations made (72 hours) or less before an appointment will be subject to a full fee being charged.

2. Cancellations made via s email to natural-light@outlook.com sooner than (72 hours) before an appointment will be processed without penalty and a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Cancellations by phone are not accepted, it must be via email.

3. Please be advised that cancellations made up to (72 hours) before a scheduled appointment via (email tonatural-light@outlook.com) will be processed without a penalty, and you may have a full refund or a rescheduling to another day and time of your choice.

4. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Therapists will be booked and paid by us. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to the full charge. You must provide a cancellation notice, at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid paying the full cancellation fee which is the equivalent to your full treatment price.

5. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request as much notice as possible. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without (72 hrs notice we not be rescheduled).

5. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

6. Cancellations made (3) days or more in advance of the (Appointment/Service/Event) date will receive a (100%) refund.
