The Twilight Glow is a curated space for teens to decompress, skin-prep, and find their calm in a high-pressure world. Whether it’s post-exam recovery or a digital detox with a best friend, this is about honouring the shift from the daily grind to a state of radiance.

The Ritual

The Tech-Free Recharge (2 Hours) Step away from the blue light and into the soothing elements of our Indoor Pool. For a moment of true grounding, wander into our Garden Meditation Ger—a circular haven for quiet reflection and deep breaths under the sky. If the suns out why not hang out in the egg chairs or swing in the garden.

The Botanical Treatment (30 Minutes) Choose one focused therapy to center your energy:

• Clear & Bright Facial: A deep-cleansing mineral ritual to balance young skin and boost natural radiance.

• The Un-Winder Massage: A targeted back and shoulder session to melt away the tension of heavy backpacks and “tech-neck.”

Liquid Fuel: The Chill-Out Sip Post-treatment,  a complimentary handcrafted refreshment. Choose your vibe:

🌿 Sanctuary Guidelines & Essentials

To ensure a seamless flow to your visit, please note the following:

• Age-Specific Access: Guests under 16 are warmly invited to enjoy the Swimming Pool and the Garden Meditation Ger.

• Access to the Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam Room is strictly reserved for those aged 16 and over.

• Chaperones: All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• What to Bring: We provide a robe and towel for your comfort. We kindly ask that you bring your own flip-flops for use around the pool and garden.

• Arrival: Enjoy the peace of mind of Free On-Site Parking throughout your stay.

The Experience Recap:

• Elemental Immersion (2 Hours): 4pm -6pm Enjoy the soothing waters of our Indoor Pool and the quiet stillness of our Garden Meditation Ger.

• The Botanical Treatment (30 Minutes): Choose from a Clear & Bright Facial or The Un-Winder Massage.

Investment: £159 based on 1 Adult and 1 child.  Available Saturdays & Sundays and school holidays, because stress doesn’t take the weekend off.

Essential Experience: £159.00 per 1 Adult and 1 Child     The Deep Dive Upgrade: Extend your treatment to 60 minutes for an additional £40.00 per person.
