Hi, I’m Alison. I follow a yoga science lifestyle that emphasizes balance in mind, body, and spirit. Since qualifying as a holistic therapist in 2009, I’ve continuously developed my skills, exploring the most effective combinations of therapies to support overall wellbeing. I have a deep appreciation for working with crystals and chakra energy, and Reflexology holds a special place in my heart due to my fascination with feet. However, if I had to choose a favorite therapy, it would likely be Reiki, as I find its calming and healing energy profoundly impactful. In my rare moments of solitude, I love meditating and taking forest walks to stay grounded. I also enjoy visiting towns with crystal and esoteric shops, happily losing hours exploring their treasures. I truly look forward to meeting you and sharing this journey toward balance and healing.
