Welcome. I’m Maggie — a qualified Acupuncturist, Aromatherapist, and Reflexologist, lovingly practicing since 1998 after beginning my journey back in 1993. Over the years, my approach has gently evolved to weave together these sacred therapies, supporting the whole being — body, mind, heart, and spirit — especially during the hurried pace and overwhelm of modern life.
I believe true healing arises when we nurture every part of ourselves. That means listening not only to physical symptoms, but also to the whispers of emotion, the shifts in seasons, the influence of relationships, and the nourishment we give ourselves through food and daily rituals. These therapies come together in harmony to hold space for your well-being.
Alongside hands-on care, I gently guide clients toward simple but powerful self-care practices — like mindfulness, movement, nourishing meals, and natural plant remedies such as turmeric, St. John’s Wort, echinacea, arnica, and evening primrose oil — all of which support the body’s innate ability to restore balance.
My path has led me through healing spaces like Grayshott Hall Spa, private clinics such as Glencairn House in Sherborne, serene cruise ships in the Caribbean, and healing journeys within people’s homes. One of my most formative experiences was in Hangzhou, China, where I witnessed acupuncture practiced with deep wisdom in hospitals and clinics.
I hold a heartfelt passion for helping people reconnect with their vitality — whether they are navigating illness, finding their way back from burnout, or simply seeking to live more in tune with themselves. I’ve walked this path too, having healed my own thyroid imbalance through acupuncture and lifestyle care. I’m here to walk beside you, wherever you are in your journey.
My hope is that when you step into my treatment room here at natural light , you feel held, seen, and supported — a soft place to land and begin again.
With warmth and gentle energy,
Maggie
