Kundalini Stillness

A kundalini massage is a style of hands-on, energy based style of bodywork where a space is held for your emotional and physical body to communicate to you. This energy is dormant at the base of the spine It uses kundalini energy (life force energy) The Sanskrit word Kundalini (“Serpent”) is a description of the life force energy that lies coiled like a snake in the area at the base of the spine. Located on you back at the base of your spine, toward the bottom of your back where your hips, waist and buttocks meet . This is a mind body soul massage and your therapist may use crystals , sprays, Tibetan bowls or other items as she feels you need , every treatment is unique and every journey is what your body is in need of right at the point in time. This massage in this session is very slow and rhythmic with a light to medium pressure. If you like your massage to get your knotts out then please do look at a Swedish or deep tissue massage this is very much a spiritual experience.
